5. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. These begin from payment confirmation or artwork approval.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but we cannot be held liable for delays outside our control.
Where multiple products are ordered, we may part-ship your order but will not charge additional delivery fees.
If we cannot deliver within 28 calendar days, you will be notified and offered a full refund.
6. Ownership and Risk
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
Title of goods remains with Wolf Workwear Limited until full payment is received.
7. Returns & Refunds
Standard items may be returned with prior written approval. See our separate Returns and Refunds policies.
Customised or embroidered items cannot be returned unless faulty due to their bespoke nature.
8. Customisation and Artwork
All artwork must be approved before production. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all details.
Once artwork is approved, Wolf Workwear Limited is not liable for any omissions or errors not highlighted before production.
You confirm that you have the rights to use any logos or artwork supplied.
9. Loss or Damage
Any issues with damaged or missing items must be reported within 4 days of delivery.
We are not responsible for third-party courier delays, losses, or damages once items have left our warehouse.
10. Quality Control
Products are subject to specification changes or availability. We ensure garments are fit for purpose as ordered.

11. Accounts and Access
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping login details confidential and secure.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
12. Data Protection

We use secure technologies and never share your data without consent, except where legally required.
13. Fraud Prevention
Credit card fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Orders to addresses not matching the cardholder’s billing address may be declined.
