3. Embroidery & Customisation Standards
All custom embroidery and personalisation go through the following process:
Customer artwork is digitally proofed and requires approval before production
Stitch files are checked for clarity, accuracy, and thread quality
A quality check is performed after embroidery to ensure colour accuracy and alignment
Please note: Slight variations in thread colour or positioning may occur due to garment material, size, or manufacturer tolerances. These are not considered defects.
4. Quality Checks Before Dispatch
Each item is reviewed for:
Correct garment style, size, and colour
Accurate placement of logos or embroidery
Fabric quality and cleanliness
Loose threads or stitching errors
Packaging integrity
5. Returns Due to Quality Issues
If a product does not meet expected standards or arrives damaged:
Please refer to our Returns Policy for instructions on reporting the issue within the specified timeframe
You may be asked to provide photographic evidence
Valid quality-related returns will be replaced, credited, or refunded in line with our Refund Policy
Customised items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or do not match the approved artwork or order specification.
