1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all areas of the United Kingdom, including:

Northern Ireland

2. Delivery Methods
Orders are shipped using trusted UK courier partners such as Royal Mail, DPD, or Diamond Logistics, depending on parcel size, weight, and location.

3. Customised Orders
Orders that include embroidery or custom branding require additional processing time.
For embroidered orders over 500 garments, please allow a lead time of 14+ working days, especially during peak periods.
We will keep you updated at every stage from artwork approval to production to dispatch.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, size, and weight. Standard rates may include:
Flat rate delivery for small orders
Free delivery on orders over a set threshold (e.g., £150+ excl. VAT)
Bulk order delivery terms available for trade clients
5. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available:
The courier will leave a card or notification for redelivery or collection
Redelivery may be attempted up to two times before the parcel is returned to us
Additional charges may apply for re-shipping
6. Delivery Delays
While we aim to dispatch all orders within the stated timeframes, delays can occur due to:
Courier network disruptions
Stock availability
High demand or peak periods
Custom embroidery approval delays
Time shall not be of the essence, and Wolf Workwear Limited is not liable for losses resulting from delivery delays beyond our control.
7. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel is damaged or items are missing:
Notify us within 4 days of delivery
Provide photos and your order number so we can investigate
Claims made outside this window may not be accepted
8. Part Shipments
For mixed orders (e.g., standard and embroidered items):
We may ship items separately to speed up delivery
No extra delivery charges will apply for part shipments
9. Tracking and Updates
Once dispatched, you will receive:
An email confirmation with your tracking number
Updates from the courier (where tracking is available)
You can track your order status at any time via your account dashboard or courier website.
